'98 Commander on eBay?

Hey guys - I was just looking at Emersons on eBay, and found this:

Now, the picture LOOKS like it may be a '98 Commander - I don't know if the pic is the actual knife up for sale or not, but I thought some of you (Mr. Hollister?) might want to check it out, just in case...

i emailed the owner of the knife and it's a 2000 model, I saw the picture also and wanted to know before I bid

I was going to say that the picture was indead the mythical '98 Commander, but that it was a canned picture lifted from the Emerson web site. I was going to advise "Buyer Beware", but Laserman beat me to the punch.
