Greetings,
There are holidays coming and I'm happy to list this knife pair for 99$ all included each. Both knives have a flat grind with a secondary bevel at 30 degrees. The handle is very sturdy and stays very well in the hand. The knives are heat treated in a thermoregulated kiln at 60 Rockwell hardness. Foil-wrapped during the hardening for minimum oxidation and warpage.
