I don;'t understand? Why threaten about being impolite?:confused: I hope you dind't thimnk i was being impolite. If so, I didn't intend for my words to be considered impolite.

The pistol is for somone with litlle strenght or dexterity, the infirm would have a difficult time with the NAA .22 after the first shot.

It would be interesting to see an handicap accessible pistol. This design although imperfect is better than anything else I have seen for people with the afflictions mentioned.

You were not being impolite. Rather pointing out a very sad issue that riles me considerably. The infirm are the most vunerable and soft targets for criminals and as such fodder for bottom feeders. My father in law lost his closest friend to such vicious thugs, the guy was tied to his bed beaten and throat slit. My father inlaw found the body as they used to look in on each other.

Another of his friends was attacked and he killed the armed intruder with a workshop tool, if I recall correctly, the robbers. The local authorities wanted to prosecute but the police refused to comply as it would be a waste of time as there was clear self defense. It would have bankrupted a pensioner!

I believe the laws to be adequate but the officials incompetant, playing to the public opinion. Also bottom feeders.

Meld the NAA .22 into the T pistol proposed would be a good start. The NAA is easy to recock for all but the very infirm, however loading it and putting the hammer down on the intermediate groove would not be safe for the infirm.

I pillaged this pic from another site but what I had in mind.
