9mm carbine recommendation?

BTW, Olympic arms is making AR lowers that accept Glock 9mm mags. i dont know alot about Olympic, but Glock mags are as good as it gets, plus you can snag up the G18 33 rounders for 30 bucks. ive never had one fail in my Glock 9mms

They are not the only ones either. Lone Wolf is making one now too. ;)

Or if you happen to own a 9mm Glock pistol already, just buy an upper. :)

While there are some great suggestions here, thought I'd get un-lazy... here's a pic of the Linda Carbine...

Mech Tech Conversion carbine. Have a Glock 9mm? Buy this upper and have a carbine.

The KRISS makes more sense in a sub-gun for full-auto fire, and it does reduce recoil.
Carrying it, as opposed to shooting it, was awkward when I worked with one.
No natural balance point like a conventional rifle, no easy spot to pick it up one-handed, and so on.

hey bud, i am the proud owner of cx4 storm, i love every thing about the gun, i put about 150 rds though it before i cleaned it for the 1st time and never once a problem. the only problem i have had is finding a scope or red dot that will work right. but you will not be dissapointed

The bushmaster carbon 9mm is something you might whant to look at. A lot of our special forces soldier swear by them. The prefer them over the MP5 in some cases.

+1 on the Beretta Storm. They are indeed a BLAST to shoot. They are also extremely accurate. The very first time I fired one, I got a cloverleaf group at 25 yards, offhand, using iron sights and el-cheapo Wolf ammunition. They'll shoot single ragged holes, all day long. Very cool guns.

I have a Storm and LOVE it. Best 9mm carbine on the market and I've owned a few.

Highly reccomended.

Coharie Arms (Hk clone) sear ready, Factory SBR available, Integral Suppressor available in the 94SD, Anything and Everything a Man could want!

Look for a Rock River AR-15 that takes factory Colt magazines. Depending on what you want and why you want it, a Marlin lever gun in 44Mag or any of the pistol calibers is very compact and more P.C. then some of the other options mentioned. And, in a short rifle I like more thump then I get with a 9mm that I can shoot from a pistol.

A "class 3" MP-5 or Uzi is a different creature from a 9mm Carbine though.

Another vote for the Storm, I got mine used for under your price range.

The High Point works and the one I shot was accurate. On a budget it's hard to beat. The Ruger is reliable, indestructable and nice looking to boot.
