Thanks for posting the emails Dave. When he mentioned your Dad and problems in the same rant, I knew right away something wasn't right. You guys (just like Kershaw) go out of your way to make sure each customer is happy and satisfied.

When he called your Dad's integrity into question, that was the last straw for me. It was all I could do to keep from blasting the moron right there on the spot.

I can tell you from when I used to do retail management, if you came into my store with that kind of attitude, you were much less likely to get a positive outcome from me or my employees than if you came in rationally. Give someone a chance to make it right, and 99% of the time they will. But then to go bashing the seller without even giving him a chance to fix it while being unreasonable yourself? Honestly, what kind of response did he expect?

Having said that, however, I can tell you from personal experience when buying online, you have to do at least a LITTLE research on a company before handing them cash. Of course, from what I can tell if he had he would have found this seller to be just fine.

Alright, I wasn't going to do it, but here I am in the thread beating a dead horse with everyone else :D
