Has anyone here ever dealt with them? I currently have an order with them that is over a week old. They have sent no tracking # and do not reply to e-mails. They state that all orders ship within 24-48 hrs. with tracking # provided.

They finally contacted me to say that the item was out of stock. Apparently they are a clearing house of sorts that contacts their sources for items. It took them this long to tell me that they do not have an advertised item. At least they did get back to me and
they also gave me a refund very promptly. Quick resolution once contact was made.
