A-6 as a bowie knife blade?

Does A-6 make a good bowie knife blade. It has been cryo treated. Any answers would be apreciated.

i am fare from being a specialist but i was under the impression that thermical treatment is done at the end of the process, when shape and sharpening is done... may-be it's different with cryo treatment...
May-be you got better answer if you ask in the knifemaker forum

THe knife is already made . I was wondering if this is a suitable steel for this type of knife. Thanks
