So with that button you push the frame lock and in the same time ( because you can block it- the button ) it's an additional safety...cool.
The blade it's similar with the ZT 500 blade.

Wow. Really well-thought-out engineering.

So, the button follows the lockbar in and out and is able to be locked in the 'lock' position with the little slider.

Then you can release the framelock by depressing the button.

I'm unfamiliar of the forces which require that hooking loop cutout. I see where it would prevent up and down travel. I guess if you worked it REALLY hard one could bend that bar down.

Talk about overengineering!

That is a really cool mechanism! It looks like the back spacer would be in the way of the blade closing though.

thanks for so many words buddy,as you can see you can release the framelock by depressing the button ,and when blade is closing,the button can also be a stop pin.the hooking loop cutout is a critical part for the lock,when you use it extreme HARD and your hand will grab the handle hard，so the hooking loop will stick to the other side that makes it one piece and indestructible.You can image it,

what's more,at the end of the cutout,there is a elastic mechanism ,it can protect the lock and provide more stability when extreme uses.

The blade steel is made in RWL34,CPM s90v,Nitrobe77 even a mysterious steel which is developed by CARSON named TYPE"X" .
