A Better Gas Station Knife?

It’s well known that Case employees sometimes round the tips when polishing. This is maybe the worst example I’ve seen. It’s supposed to be a sharp point.

That’s why unless I can inspect them in person, I buy their “as ground” knives, which aren’t polished to a high degree and retain their sharp point.

Some years back I bought a two bladed Trapper, clip and spey blades, with a shield in the scale that said "Veron" on on the tang "Vernon, Ireland, Stainless". good walk and talk with some kind of saw cut plastic scales, not a bad little knife. I did not buy it at a gas station; however, the clip blade was marked "Ross Point Truck Repair, Post Falls, ID 1-877-779-1671". At that time I called the number and they still had some in stock. The handle was 3 3/4 inches long, the blades just over 3-inches. John
