Check out flipside wallets. Best wallet I have used. I also tried the humn wallet, but wasn't as impressed. The flipside is my go to!

Saddleback is a sponsor here and has their own sub forum. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php/856-SaddleBack-Leather-Company I've looked into them a little but they don't really have a model that appeals to me, there are also several posts about problems with breaking cards.

Hey Fellas,
Originally, Dave designed the medium bi-fold with pigskin down the middle of the wallet. This caused the wallet to be much stiffer and would break credit cards down their magnetic strips. We took the pigskin lining out and this fixed the problem. However we've had some "duds" sneak through the production line and we are sorry about that. We are all about quality, so if you ever have a problem with any products, please send your requests to ihaveaquestion@saddlebackleather.com or give them a call at 210-858-5210 and we will take good care of you. Cheers and thanks for all the compliments.
Bi-fold walet from Fox Creek leather. USA made, all leather.
Going strong with a Filson Bi-fold at work for 10 years now, mare than large enough for your needs and solid without being too stiff. I believe they are still made in the USA.
Do you wear your wallet in your front of back pocket? Front pockets tend to eat credit cards less. Just a thought...
I read on the forum that saddleback fixed that issue. When I have a chance ill post it.
