Gentlemen:

For your consideration is this Big Old Bowie in 1075/Stabilized Spalted Hackberry. Though pretty large, I like a fast bowie so the blade is hollow ground on a large diameter wheel. The blade was hand rubbed to 1200 grit and etched to reveal a vivid hamon - there's a lot of activity in this one and I'm pleased with the results. The spalted hackberry was stabilized by K&G. The back of the handle is both rounded and radiused for a comfortable grip. The clip is almost sharp. Comes with a Southern style sheath. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it," PM, or email gets it. $825 delivered CONUS. Paypal preferred to my account tksteingass@frontier.com. This bowie is also listed on my website. Thanks for viewing my work and your comments are welcome.

V/R,

Sweet knife TK. Nice job on that hamon. Love that 1075 steel!

I own two of Tims knives and they are my favorites in the collection , I highly recommend his work.

The attention to detail is one of the things that makes Tim's knives special. The Hamon of this blade is an example.

Thanks Ben - it's all about feeding the Elves and taking them out once in awhile - last week we went to Atlantic City. I kept the winnings of course. :D
