A Big Thank You To Matt Lamey!

I know I have been AWOL from BFC for far too long but I wanted to share what my old friend Matt Lamey recently did.

My youngest son Matthew is currently training to be a Air Force SERE Specialist (survival, escape, resistance, evasion) and when Matt heard that he contacted me. When I did Matt wanted to donate to my son a personal carry fighting knife for him to use. It is a beautiful knife and seems to be just perfect. Matt is a true gent and has actually made me and both my sons knives before. My oldest son is active duty USMC.

I just wanted to thank Matt for donating this knife to my son and to a gentleman whom I do not know who donated some of the cost to to make a service member a knife. I know Matt well and he probably won't like me posting this but I wanted to thank him nonetheless.

Thanks again Matt....my Matt thanks you very much!

Win! Wow, you're a nice blast from the past....great to see you and I hope you're well.

Yeah, I have been away for a long time....slowly getting back into knives. Was busy raising those 2 boys but now that they're gone I seem to have a lot more time.
