We had a passaround knife get lost during shipping. ooitzoo shipped the knife exactly as he should have. Once notified there was a problem, ooitzoo worked his way through process of getting the insurance claim paid and sent the money back to the manufacturer. I want to personally thank ooitzoo for being an honorable and stand-up guy.

I was planning on posting a similar one about your handling the situation (I wasn't sure that passarounds are inscope for GBU.)

Thank you for the patience my friend and I do apologize for having to sit thru the USPS non-sense drama.
