Some where I have a Motorhead poster in which Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor has a Buck 110 on a lanyard at about waist level. Looks like someone just took a drill to a Buck, being careful not to mess up the lock. Just get a used Buck ($20 or less) and find a friend with a drill press.
Check out www.dozierknives.com Bob makes a folder called the Buckhunter that has the same clip blade as the 110, with titanium handle and a laynard hole. Great knife and I should know as I have one!

If you have nothing against them (I know they are a bit overpriced in the USA), you could have look to the Boker Optima series.
The adress is: www.bokerusa.com
In the lower part of the page, there is a scrolling menu from which you can chose the name of the knife you want to be displayed.
The Optima folders look very much like the Buck 110, except for the somewhat thicker blade (4 mm), their blades are 440C and take a keen edge. They are very solid lockbacks, but they are perhaps a bit heavy (220g).

François.
Kershaw makes a series of knives with stainless handles with black plastic inserts of the same general design as a 110. They are very similar to the Puma 200 series. They are probably hard to find these days as they are not slick---just very well made hardworking knives.
There are a number of Puma folders that are similar in construction to the 110. All have lanyard holes. Prices range from cheap to I can't believe any one would pay that much. I have two from the 400 series and find them to be decent quality for the money. I think that they are a little lighter than the 110's. I have seen the 465 and the 470 for sale in the $60 price range.
