  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

A Buck For Your Wife?

My wife is not allowed to have firearms even in her car at work. One young man resisted a car-jack on the way home last September - lost the car and got shot four times for his efforts. Luckily, although holed in his neck, abdomen, forearm, and thigh, he has no major physical damage and is back at work. She carries a Kershaw 'Rainbow' chive in her pocket - and a 2" 10 hidden in her car during the day, near her gear shift on the way home. Helluva note.

She likes my 110s - but loves that little 'Chive'.

Stainz

It's a sad day when the criminals have more rights and protection than the victims.

Me thinks that if your wife really really isn't into knives, and if you get her one, that it probably should be embedded with diamonds. And even then, your collections may well become community property.

Mine hijacked a 2002 100yr 110. But later found the 112's. So now a 112 lives in her back pack. Far as I know, she still has a little black 170 in her purse.

Thanks Riata. To follow up on your comments, my wife does choose larger folders when she carries a knife. She also likes some of my non-Buck assisted openers for what it's worth. A genuine MOP 110 is probably out of my price range, but thanks for the ideas. Maybe she would appreciate a Buck Sirus or something similar? For purse carry, size isn't too important.

Pack Rat: My main worry is that she will see a gift knife as something I bought for myself.... so I'm going to get her a more traditional gift as well.....

If you order from the custom shop you can have Her int. or mabe nickname engraved on it......what truer expression of LOVE from a Buckroo.......
