A Charlow Came Down My Chimney!

Amazing friendship and gift, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you Jack, Charlie and all of the very special people of this forum.

Thanks a lot Dave, the same to you

Cheers Jack! You are one of the BIG reasons this forum is so great. Always enjoy reading your posts and comments here in the Traditionals thread. Charlie is Santa, aka Father Christmas! Hope you and yours have a wonderful and the Merriest of Christmas', Jack!

That's a beautiful soup bone Charlow Jack. There is nobody more deserving. Jack you have given so much to this forum that this kind of act of kindness is what it should be.

Charlie, you have and continue to be such a great influence in the traditional knife world that I feel I have received as much as Jack. Thank you for all you do.

I love this place!

Chris

I just started posting here and it appears that this is very much like the traditional archery community, great forum and great people. Merry Christmas ad a Happy New Year.

Its a happy happy Christmas! Santa bestowing gifts on Santa! Its even the perfect color and from way north;) This one is legendary!

shhhh...I think I hear Christmas Carols

Thanks again, my friends, for all your kind words and good wishes. It really is a pleasure to part of a community that includes such great folks :)

Welcome to Traditionals Ascham

I think we're very lucky to have Charlie posting here. Back when I was a new poster, he really went out of his way to make me feel at home. Not that he was alone in that, I've received a lot of kindness here. Thanks my friends :)

Jack

Way to go (and happy anniversary), Charlie!:thumbup: Very nice gift for a very deserving recipient! Enjoy that very Christmassy Charlow, Jack! :)

…
I've received a lot of kindness here. Thanks my friends :)

I wholeheartedly agree with Jack! Merry Christmas to all (and to all a good knife :D).

Yes, Charlie was one of the first guys I met online, talking knives, some nearly 10 years ago now! He practically started everything by gifting me a knife. Now I can't, for the life of me, remember what happened yesterday most of the time but when someone acts out of kindness, well that's a whole other thing! Makes you feel happier than a dead pig in the sunshine and higher than corn dogs at Dollywood!

Lol - nice one Perry.

It's Funny because Charlie saw me in Bernard Levines Forum and asked me to post a knife in the Traditional Forum that I was making enquiries about- and since then that's where I stayed.
So thank you again Charlie for being just a darned neat guy.

You are (of course) so very deserving:thumbup:

Jack, you are such a key to keeping the history alive here in this forum with your historical links and look backs to what ties us to today:thumbup: It is very fitting that this fine anniversary TC Barlow be gifted and carried by one such as yourself;)

A Very Merry Christmas to you and your family my friend:thumbup::)

No-one is more deserving of a little tribute than you Jack. The innumerable guided tours that you conduct, are alone a great part of this forum, never mind your other contributions.

^^ What they said! ^^

What a lovely gesture from one valued member to another.

Very nice gesture Charlie. Beautiful soup bone. Merry Christmas to you and family.
