As long and as wide as this blade is, coupled with how light the handles inherently are, I'm afraid that much thicker could wreak havoc on the blade speed.

You want and expect a super chopper to be blade-heavy, but too much of a good thing sometimes ain't so good!!!

So INFI CG BB13 was .225 and the SR101 BG BB13 was .19. So this newer version is on a diet. I personally like the weight of BG BB13 over its INFI Big Brother.
