a cool (i think) bear grylls knife

Well I got bored today with a knife I never use, a bear grylls ultimate survival knife. Overall lenth is 5 3/4" and blade length is 2 1/2". I like it WAY better now as I was going to buy an esee izula or something else that size and now have one. Anyways here's the pics!

I like it better, too. Now just get rid of the rest and it'll be perfect! ;)

In all seriousness, despite hating those Bear Grylls things, that's a neat idea for a mod, and well executed as far as I can tell.
 
Looks good to me. Bet you are the first on your block with such a knife. A neat "conversation" piece.

What did you use to take that huge piece out of the blade?
 
I used a dewalt grinder with a zipcut disc and made sure not to heat it up too much took about 1/2 hour to do but turned out good.
