Back in the LCT days he would've said "hold my beer" and rose to the occasion and designed and built CS version.

Wonder why he never did so. And he has not been out of the picture for that long.

Maybe this line of requests would be better aimed at someone who is still in the game: Mr. Andrew Demko. His Armiger Dagger is already not a far cry from an A/F dagger; maybe a new model with a longer blade and modified blade profile would work.

kinda wish Andrew and crew had bought cold steel. sure it would have been tough hill to climb for them...but imagine what we'd have with their vision and leadership.....

course we got Demko and bunch of the good crew there including Mike....so we've seen great things already, and I expect we'll keep seeing great things.....

I still think it's and idea worth thinking about. Boker's is expensive, especially with 440 steel. Coldsteel we'd have a chance of S35V steel and probably chance at a much better price.

I have one of the original AF's from Blackjack, which had a bad habit of the handles cracking. But mine is fine (at least the last time I dug it out and checked).
