A Cool Update on the Buck 110

Nice looking knife but very overpriced. I look forward to seeing the non-Harley version.

Boy, Buck is finally into the 21st Century! I hope that design finds its way into the standard Buck line. I also wish they would start getting away from the 420HC steel blades a little. I see some of their specialty knives that are beautiful, expensive and still have the same ol' 420HC blades. If they have an S30V production line, they should be popping some of those blades into their upper tier line.

I don't care for the skull, either. All a jury needs to see is a skull on your knife and you're a goner. But being a HD knife, I suspect it's intended for the outlaw biking crowd.

A real Buck 110 with S30V and smooth water buffalo scales is $115.50 through their custom shop. If you are fine with 154CM, one runs $75 from Bass Pro Shops. $150 nets you the 110 in stag and S30V from Cabela's.

All cheaper than this one, and all true Buck 110s.

The beloved classic gets a superb and sexy-looking update from Benchmade as part of the Harley Davidson signature line -

Its absolutely friggin' drool-worthy!!!

Harley Davidson -- the DarkOps of the motorcycle world. "Just swipe your credit card here, Sir, and be transformed into a Genuine Harley Davidson Bad Ass (tm)*! It's ok that you can't ride; that's what trucks and trailers are for."

Nice looking knife though.

Good steel, functional design....don't care for the skull or the $240 price tag. If I were to have that much and wanted something like a 110, I'd probably head over to Buck's Custom Shop

Nice spot though...

Pretty much my feelings. I love the axis lock on a nice traditional knife with some updated look, but not a fan of the scull or the price tag.

Of course, you're paying for the Harley name...

Very nice, but they need to get rid of the skull or offer one without. I would like to see it with the traditional leather sheath rather than just the pocket clip. Price- way over priced when compared to the regular 110s.

Funny Benchmade can usurp a design and it's cool. CS on the other hand gets the shank end when they do something similar. Whatever, that's a cool blade and I'll be getting one if they come out with one sans all the over hype Harley logos. Now if the did a Norton, I'd be all over it!
