Hey all,
I'm not really sure what to call these. I think they would be equally at home at the table, or used as light duty utility knives. Bird and fish maybe?
Specs for the top one:
Steel: A2 with cryo quench
Hardness: 61 Rc
Blade length: 4-1/4"
Total length: 8-1/16"
Blade thickness: 5/32"
Handle material: desert ironwood
Fittings: stainless Loveless bolts

The bottom one:
Steel: AEBL with cryo
Hardness: 62.5 Rc
Blade length: 5-3/8"
Total length: 9-1/4"
Blade thickness: 1/8"
Handle material: carbon fiber
Fittings: stainless Loveless bolts
