I am serious depending what $$ you're getting for these bad boys these days.

Red liners and Black canvas micarta w/a 'blasted' or 'rougher' finish would be perfect for this bad boy. However... if you were going to 'customize' this one then I'd opt for that great 'greenish' G11 and white liners to match the 'hunter' I picked up from you a year or so back. :) Ha...

Nope, unfortunately I won't be able to make Blade... but I HOPE in the near future to be able to attend.

This is a tad smaller than the TTW knife. It's meant to be packable in a "combat" setting where gear space is limited. It's about a 6.5" blade.
Email me your email addy so I can let you know what is available after the show.

I always love your knives. Best blade and handle shapes around. You also leave a great finish on the blades that really shows the differential heat treat.

Thanks for the remarks friend!!! I apreciate that.

Brian, what kinda glue do you use that is all over those clamps?

Lookin good, btw. I'll see you at Blade for sure.

I have had good luck with 5ton epoxy. The prep I think is the key. I drill small angular holes in the handle scales and hope the glue acts like small claws to keep sclales tight. The few I have busted off have been a job to remove!!! Far from normal use would ever do. I would like to get acraglass too. Alot of glue debates in the shop area but I have had good success with fresh 60 grit surfaces+ tang holes + angled scale holes.

Here is my weekend effort. Off work Friday so I'll get the 4 sidekicks and the 3 D2 Grimlins to this stage and start glueing handles the weekend!!!

Take the shop clock and put it outside. When I am pushed for time, that damn thing gets louder and louder. Looking good! Best of luck and have a good time at the show.
