Hey all, I do not pretend to be following in the mighty big footsteps of Paul, Duncan, and Ron. Their generosity is boundless and humbling. But like others here I want to contribute in some way to our friend Bob by selling a couple knives for his benefit. To put it simply I believe him to be a good man, a role model, a kind man, and one that has been given a very rough road to follow. These two knives are a couple of my personal favorites.
GEC Harvester, #47 from KSF's SFO addition to this run. In beautiful smooth white camel bone. The bone on this one is gorgeous. It has only been taken out for photos and to admire. These go for $92.00 on KSF, I am asking for $70.00. Please make note of the last picture. There is a small scratch near the tip that must have been there from the factory.
Next is is Trestle Pine Knives "Portage" in Circassian Walnut. There were only 5 made with these covers. I love this knife, slim profile, rides easy in the pocket, beautiful character to this interesting wood and 154cm Steel. I carried this a couple times and used it to open a few envelopes. The blade favors the mark side when closed (no rub) and there is a scuff on the bolster. I paid $109.00 from the dealer. Asking $70.00.
The first person to buy either one of these knives will also get this neat Boker Canoe
Shipping and Paypal on me. 100% of the funds go to Bob. If you opt to send directly to Bob please choose Friends and Family, or send to me either way and I will get him the full amount.
Thanks for looking!
