Hello everyone!
I have a couple of my 8" chef knives left over from blade that need a new home!!! These come with my same garauntee, which basically is if you get it and don't like it, you have 3 days to return it unused to me for a full refund, after 3 days, if there is any workmanship or material defect, I will fix or replace it for as long as I am making knives.
#1: 8" chef in O-1 hardened and tempered to Rc 61 by myself in my digitally controlled heat treat oven.
Blade length is actually just over 7 1/2" long and 2 1/4" wide at the heel. The handle is 4 1/2" long.
The scales are dyed and stabilized mango over toxic green g10 and black paper micarta liners and carbon fiber pins
This one weighs in at 217.4 grams, which is 7.668 ounces.
It has a gray scotch brite hand rubbed finish.
