The first one has stainless steel hardware while the second is copper hardware. Both knives are the same dimensionally and have a Scandi grind with a 24 degree included angle. The flats have been hand rubbed to 800 grit and the Scandi flats have a satin finish. I used a strop to take the burr off so these do not have a secondary bevel.
