Got a couple of fun ones I'm looking to move. These are all great knives but they arent really doing anything for my collection. While they are great to look at/flip/fondle they dont really serve a purpose and are a touch too large to carry on any consistent basis or just dont see real pocket time. Apologies folks I've yet to figure out a method of successfully uploading photos to BF. Everytime I've tried on previous threads I have serious difficulty. I check my posts often so I will communicate promptly if there are any requests for pics. I can send to an email or text to a phone number. Shipping priority mail to conus. Please be respectful when it comes to communication folks, if you want a blade, drop an "I'll take it" and follow up with a PM and I WILL GET BACK TO YOU. If you only message me I'll encourage you to post an I'll take it, that way I can leave feedback and so can you.
1. First up is a Will Moon Mk6. A "frunkey" seafoam or teal frame with black g10 scales. LmkNot in love with the rumors on this maker but since I bought it secondhand I didnt feel conflicted about possibly funding someone who isnt well...on the up and up about his business practices. More than anything this knife deserves to be complimented for its action, superb and truly fun to deploy/close. Beast of a knife. - perfect condition as far as I can tell, no marks or snail trails, excellent centering - 200 154cm
2. Alan Folts Classroom bully. Thumb studs deploy the blade everytime, no slippage. Keen and sharp edge on this one. Was most impressed by the lighting carbon fiber pattern on the scales. Not as sweet to deploy/close but this is a mean 4" tanto blade. Cpm 154. More than anything this one stands out as a fondling knife. Despite the big and bad feel of the knife the real stand out is the handle. Seamless transition between the carbon fiber scales and polished bolsters (unaware of bolster material) making this thing very warm to the touch. Again no visible wear that I've noticed. - SOLD
3. SG knives "pleci" model. Sporting k110 (a d2 equivalent) polished edge, titanium handles with a sort of "worn" blue titanium look to them. This one is smaller. 2.6" blade very stiff detent but not impossible to deploy. While this one is smaller the jumping on the back of the blade is absolute perfection, locks my thumb in like a vault. Brass hardware which compliments the blue handles (this is the only one of the three that I have box for, which contains COA). -200
4. Here's the BIG one....well actually its blade is smaller than a few of these but still. Shirogorov F3. I wish I could love this knife but it just doesnt see pocket time. Loads good to say about this one. This is an f3 with carbon fiber scales s30v blade. Great centering and action, fun to deploy and to close. Smooth design lines and frankly I've been impressed by the little details in the knife that make it what it is. The contouring around the inside of the frame lock, the jumping on the backspace that locks it into the hand, the simple but large drop point blade. This is the only one of the bunch that shows any wear. A few snail trials on the pocket clip, looks like the previous owner wasnt too careful with his carrying. This is the premium of production knives.....but 700 or even 600 bucks? Heck I picked this up for 500 on BF about a month ago but I'm letting this one go for 400. Just doesnt make sense to me that these knives are so darned expensive even given how beautiful they are. - SPF
Appreciate you looking!
