In my ongoing quest to fund a currently under-funded project, I have gone once again into the safe to pull out a couple of my beloved safe queens. I hate to have to part with them, but I need to gather up a bit more cash in a fairly short period of time.
These two knives were delivered to me by Greg Lightfoot at the CKG show in Toronto a couple of months ago and are both in new condition.
First up is a true Lightfoot classic. A mint Side Arm. This gorgeous fixed blade had an amazing handle, Japanese-style cord wrap (hand wrapped by Kirby Lambert) over top of real python skin with a Mako Shark tooth menuki. The blade sports Lightfoot's signature Sub-sonic tip, an amazing grind to see in person! The sheath is shark skin bonded to kydex and is an amazing piece all on its own. The waiting list to get one form Greg is about 8 months. So if you have been wanting one, now is the time! $550 - ***SOLD*** plus $15 for insured shipping anywhere in North America. I'd prefer PayPal and am willing to split the 3% fee down the middle.
Next we have an amazing new design from Lightfoot, the Night Strike 6 mid-tech. He has taken his favorite user, the Night Strike and made a mid-tech version of it. Greg wanted everyone to be able to afford to carry the knife that he carries hog hunting. He actually likes this knife so much that he now carries a mid-tech Night Strike 6 with him when ever he is in the bush or hunting.
It a very well made knife, assembled, hand finished and sharpened by Greg himself. The blade is 440C and the handle scales are black G10. The sheath is made from an impact-resistant plastic and comes with a rubber leg strap (not shown) as well. $170 - *SPF*, plus $15 for shipping. I'll split the 3% PayPal fees on this one too.
