a couple of pairing knives

My Mother in Law went to the A.G. Russell knife event to find me a birthday present and found a block pink stabilized spalted maple that she wanted me to make her and my Mother a knife with. Because it was one piece of wood for two knives that meant small so here is what I came up with.

They are a PAIR of PARING knives. Very nice.

As far as specs go they are made of 1095 with pink stabilized spalted maple for the handles. Also, one has a choil and the other does not. I will have measure the pattern a little later to give you the dimensions. I am going to need to get some thinner stock and make some more so that I have more time to play with them.
