I just finished 2 different Petty knife knife styles the first of one is my normal narrow petty knife. It has some very nicely polished Australian Beef wood handles and carbon fiber pins. This wood has crazy figure and great color.

The second one is my new "chubby" petty, with a full tang straight handle. It has cocobolo handles that I gave my "honeycomb" texture for a very nice grip, and it really shows some cool figure in the wood. The pins are also carbon fiber.

These are both 15n20 and flat ground to a very thin edge. They have textured flats.

They would both make great everyday knives for most kitchen tasks.

Here are the specs.

Blade - 5"
Steel - 15n20
