As received, unused, fits SH-E, to long for ASH1. Knife in sheath is not a SH-E but the NO-E, same handle size I believe.

Disclosure - By now Rivets show rust and there is a minor black blemish on red section as per photo.

Apology for delayed response, only just come back to thread.

The Howler is I believe a 4.5" blade. Have no Dogs no more to compare, would say is similar to the DM. Hope this helps.

Note: the J in J Busse is JENNIFER. I believe there were several Howler sheaths she signed. Not MANY tho. (I've seen a few here over the years - altho it could be the same sheath sold 6x in the last 4 years. LOL)

It's a nice sheath and a cool collectors item.
 
This maybe a stupid question (There are not stupid questions, only stupid peoples.) does the SH-E happen to fit a NMSFNO? Same thickness, 1/2" longer blade, but I have no clue about the width.
