First up, one of my standard pattern dashis, in hollow ground and lightning strike carbon fiber w/"oversize" pins.

Includes kydex sheath, set up for necker or tek lok.

CTS-XHP @61.5, .150" thick
1.625" edge length, 5.875" oal
416ss pins

$135 shipped, PayPal preferred for payment.

Next up, a heavy duty hybrid grind (hollow/flat) skeleton tanto kiridashi/necker

I used extra thick stock and took care with the geometry, so this thing is tough as nails but still cuts like a champ.

I ran the CTS-XHP @ 61.5 w/cryo, so this little guy should hold an edge like crazy.

All edges softened for comfort, including chamfer on holes. The glassbreaker point at the end of the handle protrudes slightly when held. The handle allows a comfortable four finger grip.

Price includes shipping and pictured kydex sheath. Prefer PayPal for payment. Asking $125.

6.875" oal
2.5" usable edge
.181" thickness

Both are fantastic Ian.

Hmm. That dashi would make a kicka$$ marking knife for my shop. Gonna have to go check my knife fund.

I'll take this one to put in my stocking- Merry Christmas, to me!

In the event that the CF sale falls through, I will still hold on to my "seconds", for that one too!

Heading to Paypal. Thanks!

Thanks, it's a cool piece. I kinda want one for myself.

Fiance gets new kitchen knives before I get any new toys though. I don't like sleeping outside in winter.

You are an amazing custom knife maker...& a very wise man, Ian! I hope that they're finished by Christmas!

Thanks again- I'm really excited to about this kiridashi; ditto, "It really is a cool piece."

Thirds on the LSCF dashi, please! (As if it's ever going to get to me!)

Feel like making another one Ian?

Wow, I just checked out your website. Your work is very neat and clean, with great grinds. And you're using some serious steels, too. Wow again. I'd take fifths or sevenths or whatever it is on the LSCF dashi, but now I'm thinking of trying to get a more elaborate piece of your work - nice job, keep it up!
