A day in the scrub

G'day Ian! Glad to see ya back in the sty. :)

Thump 'em, stick 'em & tan 'em.......then send 'em to Texas. :D
I bet it will look great on a black sheath for something w/ a snakeskin (or black/red G-10) handle.
If ya get any bag E. Browns let me know. That beastie would be appropriate for an AK-47 sheath overlay.

G'day Drew,
Great to see you again. Funny thing, I was thinking what a nice inlay that would make in one of Dwayne's sheaths for an all black ASh or Natural Outlaw, my two favorites, maybe even a Jack. :D

I need to work a bush grade sheath for that one! hmm, I think I found my May winner! :D

G'day Dwayne,

As you can see from my pic that bad boy is screaming out for one of you quality sheaths. The one its in is the only one I have that will fit it. Expect an email. :D

I still have all of your sheaths and believe me I've had a few Aussie mates try to get one off me. :P

Still the pride of Ryhope!

I can't believe y'all. You didn't even notice the orange on those Stihl chainsaws!!!!!!!! :)

I see the Nissan is still running. Paddling Man has the diesel engine for a generator on one of his roll out trucks. It is an awesome set up.

G'day Terry, good to see you again.

I have to agree Stihl chainsaws should be a national icon. :D

The old truck is still going strong, I'm now convinced that I can't kill it. :D Nothing like a diesel motor that was designed before all that new fangled pollution crap.
Cutting firewood is not a chore I prefer but there is nothing better than a day in the bush, when I had old Stan he used to be under my feet all day wanting to be in the action. The Woos I have now want's head home as soon as I start up the chainsaw. :D

Nothing like bush, guns, horses and fine knives to keep a fella young. :D

Around here they are but it all depends on whether you have a service shop to support a particular brand. I have one about 10 minutes down the road.

I was griping Friday while looking at Paddling Man's about importation of that engine. I truly believe they did not import it in large numbers b/c it is so reliable. At one time you literally could not sell a product in this country if it was not disposable, at least according to the manufacturers. Nissan has their US headquarters and two manufacturing facilities in the state of TN. This includes a full size truck. Don't tell me they couldn't import that bird if they had to.

Just add grandchildren, a miniature horse and a donkey to that and see how the fun multiplies! We had to trim the hooves on that pony today. Thankfully you can manhandle him but you have to watch the teeth! He's a killer. :)

I was just thinking how good that would look on a sheath or a set of 1911 grips. Glad you made it out fine too!
