had a goof up sunday nite, my wifes battery was dead and i went to jump her off in the rain (we've been getting a little rain in south central tx lately if ya havent heard...)anyway used my new Z3 surefire to lite up the job, then, w/out thinking, stuck it in my back pocket. it came on w/out me knowing, and burned a hole in the lens (no didnt burn my pants/butt either)i thought i had REALLY messed up.....

called surefire today and they have had this happen before, i am not the first to do it lol, anyway they are shipping a lens replacement kit, incl lens/and bulb, for FREE, not even any shipping charges......WOW, cant complain about that customer service, huh??

so if ya are trying to decide between surefire and XXXXX, remember that surefire stands behind there products 110% imho, would reccomend w/out reservation, a GREAT light to boot!!!!!.....

I agree, I bought a 8NX about a month ago, last week I emailed surefire and asked about the batteries, Mine seem to only last about 25-30 min instead of 50-60, they replied asked for my address 2 days later I get "2" new batteries in the mail, and a note saying maybe my original ones were defective, havent tried the new ones yet since Ive been off work but I will tonight when I go on, But just how awesome was that custmer service? no forms to fill out no calls just 1 email with a question. Great serivce well above and beyond the norm.
 
SureFire has to be the best company we've ever done business with. Now if only they can fill the massive demand they have! :D
 
They truely are a great company to work with, everyone is so friendly.

I have to agree with Spark. I need some 10X Dominators please.
 
ya, i'm still looking for a 3cell hard anodised centurion if anyone has any.........
