A different path

In the Kremlin there's a light,
comrade Stalin works through the night.

The knife is 22 cm long. Its blade is 11 cm long, 3 cm wide and 5 mm thick at its base, forged of motorcycle chain on 5160 steel core. It is a san mai.
The handle is made of wenge and polished deer antler.
Its sheath is made of 3 mm thick cow hide.

It is 140 usd.

Well, you will probably not understand, because you were born in the west and thought that the commies are the bad guys, but some of us, who were fortunate/unfortunate to be born in the eastern block under their rule, do have a kind of twisted nostalgia towards the old system.
Yeah, I am aware of the atrocities they committed, my own grandpa had a 5 year visit at a gulag in the Ural, but I am not talking about that. The simple folk, the workers were good people like they are everywhere on the globe, and at those times they had real social security. When they finished school, they immediately received work and free apartment, if they were married. Everyone! Didn't earn much, but it was enough. They didn't have to care about the future at all, because the state did it for them. Now that could be viewed as a good and as a bad thing too, I don't wish to go into it deeper.
Anyway some long after that security, and I was aiming to awaken THAT sentiment in at least a few people.
 
Despite not having experienced it, many in the west have a similar nostalgia for communism. It is pervasive in higher education. Others of us have a hard time taking the good with the bad, when the bad is THAT bad.

Thank you for expounding. I don't want to clutter up the sales thread of a terrific knife any further.
