Yeah, those arterial cuts will spray. Glad your meaner did not get hurt. I just hurt one of my knives by accident and I wish it had been me instead. Skin and stuff tends to grow back but not steel. Anyway glad you are okay but nes time please take some action photos. And if that knife keeps biting I would be glad to take it off your hands. I'll even pay shipping'

ya know I have a scar from the same spot, but my bike bit me instead! Some teeth from the crankset decided they wanted to bite my ankle. I was stupid and did not have it looked at. I did not get any stitches either. All I remember is the blood flowing out of my leg and the pain for weeks!:thumbdn::(
 
Note to self: limit cuts to the non-arterial type.

reminds me to much of my meatcutting days. The cuts don't hurt, but going right back to work after getting stiched up was a pain. Well I did miss a day when the band saw got me. Unlike my co-worker, my finger stayed on though.
I'll never forget having to pick his finger up...for naught, the ER couldn't put it back on.
