I just got myself a Harbor Freight mini lathe, and the handle for this knife is the first thing I've made with it.

Steel: O1, forged

Hardness: 59-60 Rc

Blade length: 6-1/2"

Total length: 11-1/8"

Blade thickness: 9/32" at guard

Handle material: natural canvas micarta

Fittings: the guard is nickel silver, the pommel nut is 416 stainless.

Price: $450 + $15 shipping

I can take paypal, check, or MO. Please send paypal to 2000pjp at gmail dot com
If using a check, allow 10 business days for it to clear before shipment. Please make sure knife is still available before sending payment. :-)

Sheath will probably be like the one in the picture, but doesn't have to be.

I love that! It 's not the kind of thing I usually go for but this one is just wonderfullly made . Hats off to you , Phillip!

Awesome, Sir! Did you lathe that Micarta? Don't see that everyday!

^edit: bid duh on my part, missed the first time around that that's exactly what you did. Love that piece!

I'm over budget like a fat man at a cruise ship buffet!
Love It. Dang that is what a dagger is supposed to look like IMHO.

Beautiful work! I love your blades, and I love this style of knife. If only I hadn't bought a new zoom lens two weeks ago...

Truly great work

Not saying the handle isn't great, but the GLORIOUSLY symmetrical plunges and bevels is what I keep going back to! I know, I know---it's Phillip and we expect it. Still worth mentioning. :)

That is EXACTLY what I meant when I said "wonderfully made"!

Mr. Patton you have done breathtaking work there, a fantastic interpretation of the F-S!
