A father's loan.

Carl thanks for the great read. I look forward to all your short stories. This was another great one.

Great story. Cold War spy stories are amazing to me, mostly because so many of them can be fake and you would never know if they were true or not because of the possibility that it actually could have happened. I'm reading a great book now about it called The Secret History of he CIA by Joseph Trento. Really good book.

A bit different than your usual stories, but still a good tale.

I agree. It might be my favorite one yet! It's a close tie between this one and the one where the guy gets his ear cut off by a certain small yeller handled dog leg jack.

I'm planning on watching "The Great Escape" tomorrow, so this goes well with that!

Not to get too far off track, Griff, what's that watch?

As a descendant of Polish/Lithuanian/Russian coal hill miners from PA, I appreciated this one, but I really liked the pace of the story. Never a let down, never a missed step, always fun. Always entertaining to read your secret agent tales!

Thanks for another great one Carl.

This one was a bit different than the ones in the past and I liked it as much as all the others.

You just keep getting better, Carl.
This might be my all-time favorite.
Thanks so much.

Thanks for that story. It's thrilling. I'm waiting for another interesting one. Before reading the story I saw the title A father's loan and I was sure that this plot is only about money, how a father borrowed money to his son, but I was surprised to find out that it's a touching life story that reveals such a strong bond between father and son. That remembered me of my father. We also have a story about a loan. After I graduated from school, my father took a loan from [spam removed] to pay for my studies. He wanted me to become a doctor. Now, I'm a doctor and all due to him. I love and I respect my father very much and one day I'll pay back the loan.
