The first two have been used as testers. These are cleaned up but expect to see some testing use. I heat treated all of these knives.
1) I'm calling this a summer fruit slicer. hand forged laminated steel with Takefu white core, Ironwood with mammoth ivory ferrule. 5 1/2" blade, this is a lightweight knife.
2) 6" san mai prep. 26C3 high carbon core (aka spicy white) with stainless cladding. handle of lignum vitae and rosewood.
3) AEB-L prep knife 6.25" blade, 1.21 heel height, .082 thick, kingwood handle - SOLD
4) AEB-L prep knife 6.75" blade, 1.21 heel height, .082 thick, spalted maple handle
