Well, the truck needs breaks and the trout streams are calling my name! Time to let a few go and thin the herd.
All knives have been used, sharpened and enjoyed! All knives come in their original tubes, I pay for shipping and paypal fees.
Prices are negotiable, so if your interested, send an offer!
Sold!
First up is a #77 Barlow (Marlow) dressed in pioneer bone and sporting a clip main and wharncliffe secondary. The walk and talk is smooth and the lock up is tight!
Beautiful bone.
The only knock on this one is a bit of "character" in the form of some hafted scales that are a little wonky, which seems to be common with the pioneer bone and a slight crack in the bone. I am not the original owner of this one, but the crack is original to the knife. It appears to have been stabilized. I can't catch it with a nail. The only reason I'm letting this one go is because I landed one in stag about a week ago and it's taken soul possession of my pocket!
$95.00
Next, a #73 from the factory's first year of production, 2006.
This one is adorned in worm groove chestnut bone scales, drop point main and spey secondary. Good walk and talk with a really nice snap and solid lock up.
The only knock on this one is a slightly proud spring on the drop point when fully open.
The scales feel really polished in the hand and change colors in the daylight!
Sold.
Now, a #25 with some nice Gaboon Ebony wood scales and a spear blade.
This knife is a perfect little watch pocket carry and offers a ton of cutting capabilities in a little package.
You can see an extra shiny spot in the wood by the one pin, a bit of "character".
Sold.
Last is a #73 in primitive bones scales, drop point main and spey secondary.
The scales are really pretty in hand and the way the light hits them makes the something special! I love all the primitive bone from GEC though!
First "I'll take it" gets it, or first PM or e-mail,
