A few hikes on the west coast

I want to move to BC too, but I think my reasons are different then the OPs. Being a freeride mountain biker the North Shore would be my heaven, unfortunately recent injuries would just make me a spectator now:( but wandering the area would make up for it all the same, beautiful country out there and great pictures:thumbup:

Damn, jds1. I wouldn't be inclined to explore that edge on a unicycle. No thanks! When I made it to the top, I opted to engage in some extreme smoked sausage and aged cheese slicing instead. ;) There were definitely sections of the trail that would have made for some challenging downhill biking. 'Course, you would have to haul your wheels up there in the first place, which is a feat in and of itself.

Nice cougar vid! I didn't see much in the way of wildlife this time, save for some absolutely spectacular (and huge) ravens that were enjoying the thermals near the peaks.

Awesome pics, I haven't done the cheif yet, gotta get out there next time. Next time your out this way post up about it and we'll try and get a buncha folks out:thumbup:
