Just for fun, check out these deep thoughts.

- How about the idea of two different wood inlays on a knife. For example a top inlay of box elder and the bottom of ebony..... Don't ask what color to use on the back side single inlay.

- How about a polished handle slabs with micarta inlays. A contradiction, but may be interesting

- How about a Damascus insingo or tanto blade

- How about using G10 for inlays

- How about if they filled Twinkies with toothpaste? A tartar control sponge cake treat!!!

The only one I can get behind is the Insingo Damascus blade. That's a no brainer. The rest I could live without. :)

Here's mine:

- How about a Mnandi with Carbon Fiber inlays?

- How about an Insingo Mnandi?

- How about polishing lock bars on wood inlay models? The contrast in finish looks so tacky!

- How about a 7" Nyala?

How about short runs of different Damascus?
How about a medium 21 with a 3.25" blade?
How about some short runs of different wood?

I also would like to see inlay and graphics options on Insingos. For Insingo fans like me you only get two handle options, four if you count the BHQ and Knifeart exclusives. On the plus side if saves me money as I run out of variations to buy pretty quickly, but I see no reason that Insingos can't be fitted to a decorated handle.

Another vote for Damascus Insingo! I would also like if the lock at was polished, I agree it looks odd...

Dont really know why its taking sooo looong for a Damascus Insingo lol, but heres another vote!

Honestly, Damascus Insingo with wood inlay options would be the tops for me.

The only idea of yours I would get behind would be the Damascus Insingo.
Doubt I would buy one, but many would. I prefer a Tumbled blade over Damascus myself.

Your second idea made me think of an idea I've often thought of though.
Instead of having polished slabs on a Micarta(your idea), I would much rather see blasted slabs/tumbled blade on the Carbon Fiber Inlays.
I would buy that. Would look great, and could also be sent in to be re-blasted/re-tumbled.
I've thought about calling them to see if they could Blast frame/Tumble blade on one of the CF inlay models.
I don't see why they couldn't since CF could take the blasting.

When I asked Chris about it he stated the grind on the insingo blade was much thinner than that of a regular 21 blade. That was the reason why. Similar with the Tanto.

How about:

How about bring the regulars back. Best folder ever designed in my opinion.

Along with the regular, I would like the One Piece Knives back also.

Paying extra for spa expedited service so I don't have to wait 11 weeks.

Allow discontinued CGG to be used again ( but with a marking to signify that it's a reissued CGG ).

I could go on and on....!!!

Stone washed finish instead of the beadblast would look good. Similar to RHK would look nice on the plains.

There's another I would love to see ! Agree on best folder design ever, no matter the maker(IMO).
Don't see it ever happening though.

That is another I've often though about. A Stonewashing of the slabs would look great, and hide marks/scratches well.

Ok, hearing loud and clear that a Damascus insingo would be popular.

I like the suggestions on bringing back the regular design and retired CGG patterns.

Figured someone would also have a suggestion or two on how a better TastyKake could be built.

I'm sure many here do that but just don't want to admit to it.

How about a . . .
well first we need a PROPER term for it . . . something to signify that this is something that is not for everyone, something that is exclusive and for the desirables to obtain if they dare . . . if they have the right stuff to pull it off . . .
the terms Professional and or Turbo come to mind . . .
oh why not lets combine them . . . here goes :

Introducing the NEW Turbo blade for Professionals !

What is the difference ?
For the first 1.0 version ; all of the longer blades are thinned to 2mm at the thickest usable area of the blade (the pivot can still be full grande). and Flat ground.

Version 2.0 . . . full mirror polish. I know, I know there is some reticence in that but they slice better. Think of it as pure performance modding.

Me . . . I'm holding out for 2.0
those two little changes and I am on a CRK like a raccoon on a chicken.
I say that because a raccoon killed and ate a chicken under my window last night. Who knew ? Kind of noisy and LOTS of feathers.

Maybe he was channeling or pretending he was Honey Badger.
Honey Badger just doesn't give a _______ !
