A few "How about...." ideas

And offer replacement blades for regulars again even if it's s35vn, for users. They could stamp the blade inside near the pivot so someone couldn't pawn it off as an original BG-42 or whatever.

I've always been curious about this. Do they no longer offer replacement parts for regular / classic models? Seems offering a lifetime warranty would guarantee a lifetime of available parts (if necessary), but I can see how it might not be possible. What happens if you need a replacement blade for an older knife?

Called yesterday about this topic... and they confirmed they do not offer the "regular" blades anymore. I posed the question of" what if I broke the tip off". Response was if it is a minor break off, <1/4" they may be able to sharpen it out. Anything more and I was told I was SOL.

Interesting. Hurts to think we might be SOL on Sebenza 21 parts one day.

Im wondering how long i have on my Sebenza 25 blade? In other words, if i crack it or whatnot. Im not opposed to BUYING a new replacement, just hoping im covered if any problems arise.

I'll play

1. How about they bring back the old nail nick on the Mnandi or redesign to add a tumb stud to ease one handed opening.
2. How about let you special order a build date to commemorate a special occasion.

1) How about a sebenza 21 with a bigger blade belly as found on the regular
2) How about they switch out a damascus pattern to try out a new DT damascus pattern.
3) How about limited edition full inlay inkosi and or sebenza 21s.

That is all... :o

Huge +1 on all three of these.

1. I love the bigger belly on my regs. I've thought about what a regular blade on my 21's.
2. Devin Thomas has over a dozen damascus patterns currently, as well as high contrast damascus versions.
3. I love the annuals... wish I had one or two. Full inlay 21's and Inkosi's would be the next best thing.

+1 x 3. Hope CRK is listening!

I love "what if" threads like these. I have always wondered about G10 inlays on a Sebenza. Has anyone ever done a Photoshop mockup of one?
