A few photos from the 2015 Seattle Knife Show

Thanks Daniel, I'm also a big fan of your work. I sent a copy of the photo to Arlo.

Great shots! Arlo enjoyed his new knife. There is no better feeling, for a maker, when someone really enjoys your work. Thanks Arlo. The Seattle show was a blast.

Anyone know if thos G&G OTF knives will be released in quantity or if a production company might make a version of it? I want but I can see those things being in the couple grand range which is out of my limits. Hoping for a cheaper version.

From what I remember Gavin was saying that the price is somewhere in the $1500 range for the "deluxe" model with a damascus blade and other upgrades. Around $1000 for the slightly less fancy edition. If they will ever license it to a production company I think that would be a long way off. The ones they had at the show had prototype engraved on the back of the handle.

re: G&G Hawks OTF
Yes I did, a number of times and a friend actually got to take delivery of his at the show. I tell you there is some kind of magic going on in there. It deploys twice as fast as you expect and retracts as fast. The lock up is like a fixed blade. Magic. They have (glued?) a couple of small red stones (rubies?) in a couple of the screw holes to make it damn difficult to disassemble, at least until the patent is in effect. That's the story I got anyway. It made grown men giggle.
they're freakin amazing!!! i need some of that in my life...

Yeah but G&G are usually pretty quick to get production companies to make their designs. Those grip lock knives they make if I remember debuted almost at the same time as the boker version. At least here is hoping.

Great photos!
Thanks for putting this all together :)

Thank you for sharing! Lots of natural light. Looks like a great location fo a knife show.
