as a side note, is esee ever going to look into making multi-tools? if not what mts are the good guys at esee using?

It was indeed a perfectly good LM. Nothing wrong with LM. I just like SOG better

only thing i really dont like on the sog is the serrated blade, i prefer plain edge.
Back in the alarm days, you just weren't cool at all unless you had one of the original Leatherman PSTs. Hell, Marlboro offered them for "Marlboro Miles" back in the very early 90s and I think I actually have a couple squamus cells because of the FOUR of them I scored.

All joking aside, that's a genuinely friendly looking group of people right there. All of us are very fortunate to have them here.
I carried a first generation Powerlock for a long while before switching to the LM Supertool 300. The Powerlock is a fine tool, I just like the thicker impliments of the LM...and the big carbide wire (fence..) cutters![]()
