Jim Furgal and myself attended the recent OKCA show in Eugene, Or. We had a great time, and had a chance to meet some great folks. I had a digital camera along and got a few random shots for your viewing pleasure.......

This is our[L to R] Company President, Jim Furgal, along with Rob Simonich[designer of the TALON] and Larry Connely[knifeart.com]. They were trying to figure out which knife was production, and which was handmade

Jim was very happy about this problem!

This is one of BladeForums own, SNOOPY, shown enthusiastically brandishing the BRUTE proto. I think he likes it

This is a little CAMILLUS history we found at the Show. This is the WW2 issue Folding Pilot's Survival Machete. The idea was to make a machete as small as possible to store in a pilots bail out kit.

This is a view of it open! The things we did in the name of Freedom and saving the world from the Evil AXIS powers

This is the Sire of MEGAFOLDER!

BTW, it is one VERY STURDY liner locking knife....I don't know who made the first TACTICAL LINER LOCK, but this one must be near the top of the list!

Jim and I had a great time @ the Eugene show, and look forward to seeing everybody there next year. Next destination....Atlanta for BLADESHOW

I keep forgetting how ugly I am till I see my picture! :eek That folding Machete was built way better than 95% of the liner locks on the market today, an impressive old piece of history to say the least!

OK, Ill ask, Will, whose foot is that in the Talon picture?

Eeek is right, I am downright shiny! Definitely no hiding my excitement with the Brute, that thing is awesome and very appropriately named. I was drawn to your table like a bug to light with the Becker knives and Talons sitting out for inspection - very nice. It was also a pleasure to meet all at the table and get included in Wills photos. Funny thing is I was looking all over for Rob and posted as much just to find he is standing right behind me in the picture - classic

Thanks for the photo Will!

Hey Fennell,

Nice hammertoes.
Better quit dropping pistols on those dogs, they are gonna scare away all the customers.
