Just a heads up, the "hand sanitizer" sprays don't really do much of anything(from my ex who was an ICU RN)

IF you know CPR(if you don't, take a class) a CPR mask is a must

Def. add latex gloves if you plan on helping anyone in a first aid capacity

As an aside, do you mind me asking where you got the cool bladeforums wilderness & survival patch? I really like it.
 
Can't remember if I ever answered this question. I got it from a small production run here in W&SS. You still looking for one?
