I'd like to help, but I can't figure out exactly what you are asking. Calm down a tad and list your questions in numerical order or something.

I'm at home, not wandering.

If I read you right, you have managed to come across 2 Spydies that you want to sell in order to finance a Rocksalt. N'est-pas?

sorry so-lo bad vision or worse glasses...thanx for the help and for not comin across like the "thread whiperer"---calm assertive energy--exercise dicipline affection.

no disrespect to to anyone here but i spend alot of time watching BIG snakes eat fuzzy happy little things.

hey chew wazzup!!

not really interested in selling the civies just wanted to know what they might be worth

I WANT the FREAKIN rocksalt--as cheap as i can find it.

every place ive called xcept golden colorado is backordered; wrong item sent--after a year year u can get a little testy

The cheapest place I've seen the Rock Salt is Discounts Market, and the going price there is $194.16

It just looked like you are very happy with your Spydies. As are most all of us here, but had a thumb down. Anyways glad your good.

!!!ROCKSALT!!! :D

Wish I could help, but all I can say is that it sounds like you've got some nice knives.

I've not been called "chew" before.:)

:D:DTo me "chew" is a monicker denoting assertive action..as in chew out. chewy is somerting that at worst describes a brownie--at best a large baratone xtremely hairy fellow from a place far far away. Overall come to think about it both go well with a cold beer and good conversation.

I bought the civies after seeing a martial arts flick called "Only the strong"

If I like a knife and its in a move ill usually buy it. I have old Cold steel black box trailmasters datin bak 2 god knows when, benchmades; rat; buck; himalayan imports monster kuks, SOG tomcat version 1; blackjacks etc

I love my knives. Also a huge fan of the PLASTIC FANTASTIC---the one and only GLOCK--

:confused::confused:but the rocksalt has eluded me for a year now......

as far as the military..is it 440V steel? it can be a pita to sharpen, but once it is it stays that way for a long time. do you have a sharpmaker? maybe try some fine sandpaper on the triangles until you get it reprofiled..then use the stones themselves, or send it to spyderco with $5 for return postage and give it a spa treatment.
