A few rare sights.

GREAT pictures goat! I especially like the white moose, the lynx, wolves and loon.

Were the loons eyes red or did the camera do that?

I think it is amazing to see a lynx like that. Cats seem to mostly avoid being seen.

In Connecticut, they claim(the "experts") there are no mountain lions, but I had one run right in front of my truck one night a few years ago. There is no other animal that has a tail like that and I saw that clearly.

the "experts" claim there are none around foleyet or in ontario too. we called the ministry of natural resources when someone photographed two cougars taking down a cow moose. i had to take them out there to see the moose after i dragged it across the lake and ancored it to the shoreline for safe keeping. they still won't say we have mountain lions. haha. not enough evidence to support a sustained population. funny stuff, cause ppl see them here all the time. must be feral house cats i guess.

also yes loons eyes are red like that. took this off the intra-web.
"The red is caused by a pigment in the retina that filters light when loons dive beneath the water's surface and allows for sight."

Thanks for all the positive comments guys, i'll be sure and post some more pics in upcoming weeks.
stay safe.

Great pics, and almost entirely animals I have never seen in the wild. Thanks for sharing.

You're very fortunate to see so much wildlife. My best day was 3 deer, a gopher tortoise, feral pigs, and a river otter.

Great photos!
