Eric,

Thanks for sharing the pictures! I still like the SJ with the finger grooves, and serrations on top, that I had the pleasure of holding at the Indy 1500 show several years ago. With all of those variants, I did spot a couple standard models in some of the pics. ;)

Lawrie,
Glad you made it home safely and it was great to meet you. I hope you can make it back to a Blade Show in the future, or maybe I could make it to Australia at some point (wishful thinking ;) )
I forgot you took that pic of my shoes. If I remember correctly you didn't even need the flash ;)

:D:D

Rob,
Glad you like them. You and Karen were missed at Blade show, hope to see you at one of the future shows.

I remember when I took it to that show, it was just shortly after I received it. WOW, I have got to make a point to get back to the Indy show sometime, it has been years since I've been up there.

:D:D

Here is a great Gladius Sheath that Rainwalker made for me
The BOSC ID sheath is held on by earth magnets.

I absolutely LOVE those sheaths.

BTW, I've got the other 'mates' to that little integral dagger. Don't know how many there were -- but not many!:)

If you ever want to get rid of them let me know. I'm always looking for more. I have a couple of others hanging around here also. ;)

:D:D

Holy Terror, I usually carry this at Blade show but chose not to this year. I'll have to bring it to Knob Creek sometime.

Hmm. Wonder if we have all of them. I just couldn't resist ... :o

I know that there are a few others that have them as I stupidly sold 2 and I know that Jaxx owns at least one that he bought at Blade(I think).

My guess is that there are less than 20 in existence, but that is just a guess.

Eric

Another pic, this one is not so unique but it is interesting comparison of the size of some of the different Busse Blades

Ha, that was actually Ham67 who took that pic with my cam, I heard he has a shoe fetish to go along with his INFI one so watch out

Here are a few more

Ah, wondered if you were going to show that bottom beauty. I had a chance to buy that and passed, then was glad to hear later that you had picked it up.

To answer someones question from above, there are at least two Busse knives that were sold with the understanding that the buyer would never show pics. Not saying that Eric necessary has any of those, but it a possible reason why a person wouldn't show certain knives.

I specifically mean the burl-handled ones. I've got two (or three?) ...

I had about 6 of the daggers, but let friends and colleagues twist my arm and buy some off of me.

Yes, I remember seeing Jaxx buy one. I think I recall about 10 of them on the table with various handles.

But it's those burl-handled ones I really love.

How many people took pics of my shoes anyway ;)

They were pretty damn cool, I imagine there were more pics taken of your shoes than the knives ;)

I don't have a shoe fettish, it's just when someone wears a bright Ferrari red shoe it kind of sticks out.

And if I remember right, you were the one who asked me to take the pic.

Eric, to say you have a nice collection is an understatement. Thank you for all the photos. Good to see you around the forums. Glad we got to talk a bit at Blade.
