A few suggestions would be helpful

Yeah, looks like a great knife. I am ordering within the next few days so I should have it within a week or two, and when I get it I will be sure to let you guys know how I like it.

Ok, so a friend of mine recently saw me looking for a knife, and he gained some interest and wants some help finding a knife. He wants a Kershaw like me, but doesn't want to spend more then $50. I noticed the Leek earlier in the thread, and it looks like a nice knife with the same steel as the Speed Bump I am getting (which, according to you guys, is nice steel). It is also auto assist, so that is a nice touch. Is the Leek a nice knife? It looks nice. Are there any major flaws? Are there any other knifes I should be suggesting in the $50 price range?

I can recommend the regular stainless steel Leek, it usually sells for around $40.00. It's a frame lock instead of a liner lock and is built like a Swiss watch.

However the Leek is a small to medium sized folder, bigger than the Chive /Scallion , but much smaller than the Speed Bump. But it's slim and disappears in the pocket, it's really a great knife , but more like a Gentleman's knife.

I'm still going to recommend the Storm II as a great knife for $35.00, If your friend wants something in the size range as the Speed Bump, the Storm II would fit the bill...

Ah, forgot about the Storm II. I will suggest it to him, I don't know if he will go for it though, he said he wanted open assist.

Well I know WalMart sells the Tactical Blur and the Strom II, they might even have the Leek, Chive, Scallion, Blur.

If you're near a WalMart you can handle them.....
